Directions
Samdperil & Welsh, PLLC is located in downtown Exeter, New Hampshire. Our law firm is within walking distance to historic landmarks such as the Exeter Town Hall, the American Independence Museum, and the Congregational Church of Exeter. We are only a few blocks away from the Phillips Exeter Academy campus, and a short drive to Exeter Hospital or the Amtrak Railroad Station.
We are located on the riverside of 111-113 Water Street, Exeter NH, less than 15 minutes from Portsmouth, Hampton, Dover and Durham.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From the Seacoast (Portsmouth, Hampton, Seabrook and coastal Massachusetts)
Take I-95 to Route 101 West (exit just before the Hampton tolls). Take Rte. 101 West to Exit 11 (Stratham/Exeter). The exit ramp forks - stay LEFT. Turn LEFT on Rte. 108 (Portsmouth Ave.). Go approx. 1.4 miles to the intersection of Rte. 108 and Routes 27/111 (High Street). Turn right and follow the flow of traffic through downtown Exeter. Pass the Exeter Bandstand. This is Water Street. Follow Water Street until just before the entrance to Swazey Park, and turn right into the entrance for the Exeter Boat Launch (next to the Phillips Exeter Academy boathouse). Follow the road, past the end of the boardwalk, until you see the sign for Samdperil & Welsh.
From Epping, Raymond, Manchester and I-93
Take 101 East to Exit 10 (Exeter, Newfields). At the top of the off-ramp, turn Right onto Newfields Road (Rte. 85). Go under the railroad bridge and follow the river. As you pass Swazey Park on the left, bear left onto Water Street. At the stop sign, turn Left (this is still Water Street). Take the first Left after the entrance to Swazey Park, and into the entrance for the Exeter Boat Launch (next to the Phillips Exeter Academy boathouse). Follow the road, past the end of the boardwalk, until you see the sign for Samdperil & Welsh.
PARKING INFORMATION
There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the entrance to our office. To drive to our office, enter the Exeter Boat Launch (next to the Phillips Exeter Academy boathouse), and follow the riverwalk (past the end of the boardwalk) until you reach 113-R .
There is also public parking on Water Street, Front Street and at the Exeter Boat Launch. Our office is a short walk from any of these parking locations.
If you park on Water Street, there is a small cut-through between 137 and 141 Water Street which will bring you to the riverside. Turn Right at the bottom of the steps. Our office is about 50 feet down on the right side.
