Class A Misdemeanor
Minimum: 6 months, of which at least 30 days must be served in jail. The remaining 150 days may be suspended but may be imposed later if the treatment requirements are not complied with.
Maximum: 1 year*
Minimum: $750.00, plus 24% penalty assessment
Maximum: $2000.00, plus 24% penalty assessment
Most district courts require fines to be paid in full on the date of trial or sentencing.
