Drug Sale dismissed; No Jail.

June, 2008. Client was arrested by state and federal agents in connection to an on-going drug investigation covering two states. Richard Samdperil successfully convinced the State to dismiss a charge related to drug sales, and the client pled to a lesser charge and served no jail sentence.
