Attorney Anna L. Elbroch

Anna Elbroch joined the firm in 2008, after seven years as a staff attorney at New Hampshire Public Defender.  As a public defender, Anna respresented hundreds of adult and juvenile clients charged with a range of offenses from shoplifting to homicide.  Anna’s tireless advocacy won her clients excellent results in all stages of criminal proceedings.  Anna was also active in post-dispositional advocacy and assistance including coordination of rehabilitation programs, connection with local mental health centers, community service programs and mentors.

For the past 3 years, Anna has focused her practice on juvenile clients accused of delinquent acts in a broad range of hearings, including drug court, violations of probation, and placement team meetings.  Anna was also a member of the Public Defender’s Litigation Support Team, providing training and support to public defenders across NH in the area of juvenile justice. 

Anna has attended numerous national and state trainings on trial preparation, adolescent brain development, conferences on juvenile defense and drug court, including the Juvenile Defender Leadership Summits in 2006 and 2007. 

Anna is a graduate of Boston College Law School and University of New Hampshire, where she majored in Honors Psychology.  As a law student, Anna participated in the school’s Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project and the Criminal Justice Clinic. 

Anna currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Juvenile Defender Center and on the Advisory Committee for the Rockingham County Big Brother Big Sister program.
