Joe Welsh and Richard Samdperil have each been practicing law in New Hampshire for over a dozen years, and have a combined 25 years of experience as criminal defense lawyers. Anna Elbroch, who joined the firm as an associate in 2008, has been a defense lawyer for the past 7 years, and represents our unique commitment to defending the rights of juveniles and young adults.
